(My Positive Approach to Life) is an app for helping people to cope with their negative feelings and is designed to deal with two very serious issues in current lifestyle - STRESS & DEPRESSION. To overcome these types of stress, we have identified six types of emotions / feelings and certain activities which will help the user to release their negative emotions. The activities in the application are suggested by medical practioners- pyscologists.
