This app is to help junior doctors (or anyone else) follow up on patients.

Many try to do this already; usually jotting down brief details on a scrap of paper.
I lose bits of paper.
This is a very simple, very free app to solve this problem.

HOW TO USE:
1. Enter shortened hospital number
2. Enter diagnosis/decision
3. Press SAVE to add item to list
4. Press X to remove item from list
