Filologia Risorse Informatiche

Filologia Risorse Informatiche (abbreviato FRI) è un carnet de recherche fondato nel 2014 da Antonello Fabio Caterino, destinato a riflettere sul rapporto tra le varie declinazioni della filologia (intesa in senso ampio) e le nuove tecnologie.
Il motto del progetto è "nato per essere utile". Le applicazioni informatiche agli studi umanistici qui non si intendono né come assurde complicazioni metodologiche à la page, con presunzione di autonomia scientifica, né come scorciatoie nel normale lavoro di ricerca. L’utilità applicativa ed il conseguente miglioramento qualitativo del risultato è il fine che qui si intende perseguire.
Il sito si struttura in due sezioni, una statica, l’altra dinamica: Risorse – link raccolti in pagine ed aggiornate con scadenza mensile – ed Articoli, contributi pubblicati tramite post. Philology Computer Resources (abbreviated FRI) is a carnet de recherche founded in 2014 by Antonello Fabio Caterino, intended to reflect on the relationship between the various forms of philology (in the broadest sense) and new technologies.
The motto of the project is "born to be helpful." IT applications to the humanities here does not intend nor as absurd methodological complications à la page, with presumption of scientific autonomy, or as shortcuts in the normal research work. The application utility and the consequent improvement in the quality of the result is the end of which it is intended to pursue.
The site is divided into two sections, a static, the other dynamic: Resources - links collected pages and updated on a monthly basis - and articles, published contributions by post.
