About Antenna Calc

AntennaCalc is a useful antenna calculator app for experimenters of all levels.
Simply type in the frequency in megahertz for the antenna you are building or adjusting and let AntennaCalc work out the 1/4 wave, 1/2 wave, 5/8 wave and 1/1 wavelength values for you.
Results can be displayed in meters (m) or feet (ft).
Radio amateurs, CB radio / freebanders and radio professionals will all find this app useful.

It does what it is supposed to do but it represents imperial units in decimals of feet rather than the more useful feet and inches. Can you quickly determine how many inches is 0.2 feet? Not unless you had to calculate it before and remembered the figure.

How is 470 mhz and 482mhz the same

I would like to see output for Jpole antennas as well.

I would like to see millimetres. It's not accurate enough for higher frequencies. Such as 5.8gz. For 5800 and 5000 it gives the same length. This is about 20% +or-. No good at all. Come on, it's only a calculator for lazy people. Get it right, eh?

Incorporating velocity factor depending on metal being used would be nice. Also a GHz option would save time by not having to shift decimal point.
