لا شك أن العينين هما نعمتان عظيمتان من الله عز وجل علينا، فعلينا أن نحافظ عليهما ونشكره تعالى على نعمته،
ومما يتسبب بضرر هاتين اللؤلؤتين الغاليتين، المكوث الطويل أمام جهاز الحاسوب؛ لأن ذلك يتعبهما، وقد لا تظهر النتيجة السلبية بسرعة، لكنها ستظهر يوما ما، إلا برحمة من الله،
من الإجراءات الوقائية التي يجب على مستعمل الحاسوب القيام بها؛ تنظيم الوقت بين العمل على الجهاز والابتعاد عنه والانشغال بشيء آخر حتى لو كان بالنظر إلى السقف،
وهذا التطبيق البسيط يساعدك على ذلك بإذن الله؛ حيث أنك عند الضغط على زر "إبدأ" يبدأ العدّاد في العمل لمدة 20 دقيقة، وهي مدة العمل على الجهاز، وعند انقضائها، تسمع رنة خفيفة تعلمك أن وقت الراحة بدأ، وتستمر مدة الراحة 5 دقائق، ثم تسمع رنة أخرى تخبرك أن وقت الراحة انتهى، وهكذا... إلى أن توقف التطبيق بضغطة على نفس زر البدء، أو الخروج نهائيا بلمس زر الخروج،
