Esta aplicación te ayuda a que sea más fácil el proceso de hacer denuncias sobre:

- Ómnibus que no pasaron
- Ómnibus que pasaron mucho más tarde de lo que deberían
- Incidentes en Ómnibus (maltrato del guarda, del cobrador conductor, etc)

El mecanismo es simple, una vez detectado el incidente a denunciar se abre la app, se elige que se quiere denunciar y se rellenan los datos. Los datos solicitados son los requeridos por la IMM para poder hacer una denuncia de este tipo. Una vez llenados los datos se presiona el botón enviar. Eso genera que se habrá un nuevo email en tu teléfono con los datos que ingresaste y como destinatario la IMM.
Ahí deberás presionar enviar para que efectivamente el mail sea enviado.
El creador de esta aplicación no tiene ninguna vinculación con la IMM ni con las compañías de transporte, simplemente es un usuario más del STM.
