About RPI Automation

Use this app to control Raspberry Pi GPIO outputs, and view the status of 1 input. You must first have a Raspberry Pi with Webiopi installed and setup. Each button can be set to operate a different IP address, port number, GPIO pin, as well as use any button as a momentary push button (low then high, or high then low) for operating actuators for door locks, or garage doors. You can also setup the button to go high and stay high, or low and stay low for turning lights on and off as well as set the duration so you could say turn a light on for 5 minutes then turn it off. There are up to 12 buttons available, and only show up when enabled. Use the input connected to a switch to detect a door open condition or what ever you like! (No authentication, must # out password in config file for webiopi etc/webiopi/config)

Doesn't look very pretty but does the job. For sure way better than going to the WebIOPi interface! Thanks for making this app. Can you maybe add a "switch" as in one button for turning a pin on and off? When you click it and the pin is already on it switches off and the other way around.

If i set a delay it works fine, turns on for preset time then turns off. If i try to use as an on/off switch it does not work

It took me long time to understand your comment "must# out password" and longer time to be able to do it in Linux environment and dealing with read only attribute file, you have to do something for authentication.

Best function to toggle light off/on especially if you are using a wireless RF transmitter/receiver relay. Setting the duration time to 300 miliseconds acts as a pulse trigger and saves the run time on transmitters battery. Can also be used to run a water heater an extra 15 minutes, if running out of hot water. Love the way you can easily label the buttons and the way they change color indicating an action. Thanks to the developer and definitely getting the pro version.

This if is the best app of it's kind. Would like to see a few things in future updates. Authentication and more input buttons. Move edit button to menu.
