Speech recognition makes the app a breeze to navigate through.
Shaking your phone returns you to the menu screen thanks to motion sensor technology.

What Muscle Fitness Includes:

BMI Calculator (Body Mass Index)
Features:
Measures in metric units (KG and Meters)
Guideline chart included - Underweight, Normal Weight, Overweight and Obesity

Protein Calculator
Features:
Calculates your protein intake for the day, according to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
The amount of grams used for the calculation can be simply altered to your personal preference.

Find a gym! (GPS Gym locator)
Features:
Simply enter your postcode and find your nearest gym!
The Muscle Fitness app launches your internal Map navigation system and uses your smart phones GPS sensor to locate your nearest gyms.

Speech Recognition (Easier Navigation)
Features:
Speech recognition has been built into the app by Muscle Fitness to make navigation throughout the app a breeze.
Simply press the 'Speak' button and ask for what you Desire. Maybe the 'BMI calculator'.
Speech recognition also allows you to skip multiple screen at the cost of speaking one sentence.
For example, you may want to view the a Diet Plan for Muscle Gain, for a male. Simply Speak:
'Diet plan for muscle gain male' or 'Female' for the female version.

Motion Sensor 'Shake to go to Menu' Functionality
Features:
Where ever you are located within the Muscle Fitness app, just shake your phone to go back to the menu screen. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to navigate through the app.
