This free apps purpose is to put the brakes on when you need it the most. Music soothes the soul in oh so many ways.
My musical compositions range from ambient to deep sleep music. Reverbing soundwaves will tingle you in the places that need to be stimulated for you to get the most out of your relaxation. It is not for everyone I grant you that, but for some lucky people it gives them the stress relief they so sorely need. My music has also been used in meditative sessions. I have also heard it has been used in Yoga sessions.
One woman told me one of my songs made her headache pass ( Heavenly Astrology ). I consider this a win.
