Yawning Yoga

The countagious yawning is a pure enjoyment jaw, capable of loosens the joints and stretch muscles such as the diaphragm, bringing more oxygen into the lungs, in favor reflexes. This leads to vasodilatation useful for resolving pain, sexual problems such as those related to the erection and to solve problems of insomnia.
