Cheaters Cheaters. This team is a group of fraudulent people who promise you something and deliver something else. They will charge you for sedan and send an indica. If you are planning to download the app to get a discount dont bother yourself, the app is horrible as their service and the promo codea dont work. The customer service team is arrogant and unhelpful. They will promise you everything while booking but will send you cheap, dirty and old cars at the last minute and will not even refund the difference of providing a smaller vehicle. I will strongly recommend NOT to use their service

Not satisfied with the services. There is no certainty over the cab.. you may get confirmation or not.. even though after confirmation they can cancel the booking hour before your journey.. they changed 3 cabs for a booking for me... Customer care is ok... But you have to struggle to connect to them.

Wiwigo service was beyond my expectations i.e. even after making advance payment and just an hour before pick up they cancelled my booking stating the car and driver is not available for said date and time. Eventhough they had ample of time to arrange. I will never in my life refer wiwigo. Horrible experience. Because of them I had to go personally to receive my guest who were coming from outstation. Not at all professional. But God was great and he helped me to come out of the mess created by wiwigo. Infact ola cab will be better option to book.

I booked a 2 day (500km) cab from Wiwigo, but the driver made some excuses on 2nd day and abandoned us at around 2nd day's afternoon with around 200km left. We asked Wiwigo for replacement cab, but had to negotiate a lot and waste a lot of time for finally getting a replacement in which they imposed a limit of just 80km. In this incident, we ended up paying toll charges for both cabs, and but more than package price. Also, I booked cab from Gurgaon, and still had to pay state tax for Haryana also for both the days which absolutely makes no sense.

Unprofessional service provider. Best to avoid making booking through them. They cancel booking at the last hour despite confirmation. Upon calling up they bang the phone down. Disappointing.

Truly unprofessional, will never recommend anyone who have other options , I have tried 4-5 times from Delhi to Agra and even paid full amount in advance but the main problems with these guys is they keep on sending different driver details at each and every half hour and when the driver will arrive he will not that guy of whose details has been shared , neither the car will be same of which details have been shared with us . The next big problem is that driver will never reach on time , never ,even if you book the taxi 2-3 hours prior to the journey Moreover their contact services are not working properly. If one had any other alternative I will never recommend to use their services as in the end the passenger will feel frustrated and helpless. One rating deserved this Company Wiwigo

Never use wiwigo.pathetic service. Fooling the customers . Unprofessional. Used twice and both the times same unprofessional and unethical business .

cancelled the ride before 3 hrs. They didn't even call to inform. Not reliable.

There bull they had provided does not include full details and it doesn't match with the amount taken.When complained regarding the same they said they will get back but never got a reply.Pls avoid using this.

Good first experience. Driver was o time, phone support very reactive. Prices are too interesting and will try again. Used for Agra - Delhi trip for fare of 2700inr instead of 4500inr proposed by the hotels.

Pathetic service to say the least. Booked a cab from Mathura to Delhi. Contacted driver he was in Delhi. Tried to contact wiwigo no reply, only IVR voice . Had to book an expensive alternate at the last moment. Do not book cab with wiwigo if you want even 1% reliable service

Ordered a cab at 5am, its 6.10 and the cab is still not here. Driver and customer care saying 15 minutes since one hour. Pathetic experience.

Had a wonderful experience. Travelled from Delhi to Chandigarh, car was in good condition, courteous and punctual driver. Fare was the cheapest I could find anywhere for a one way trip(which included the tolls as well). Hope they continue providing this quality in the future as well.

Worst possible service ! I booked it for my parents and the driver says as you have paid in advance and the company is not paying us I wont come. I called them again and again and they told it will take time as lot of rush in Delhi! They never said that when they took money from me. Finally after 2 hours they gave another driver who didnt even pick the phone after like 2 dozens calls. When I called them they have the cab owners no. He somehow made the guy pick the phone. The driver told his gps says another 1.5 hours ! What rubbish! I had to finally cancel and book another cab. By the time other cab started my parents would have reached home had I not booked this awful service in the first place. You ppl shur your shop and stop fooling people.

Pathatic experience. I booked suv cab and they told they will provide xylo or inova but they provide old tavera with no proper cleaness. I could have got same car in lesser price from any where. They charged around 4600 but i was getting inova in 5000 from different agency.

Earlier this services were good and fare...but now ur services are not good.u hv given space to the taxi drivers to loot the customers in the name of different taxes without bills,moreover ur customer services are also pathetic,despite of calling 7 times no solution was there..

Very bad experience,feeling like being thugged by these guys.. i booked a cab for multiple city for 6days .they gave me the net payment sheet .Got the traveller at airport almost 8year old model in very bad condition. And the driver vanished on the second day without informing me he already took rs10000 advancefor just 200km. Then i called these guys . they then provided me another traveller. And i reached the destination i.e. chennai . And i made the cab free 1day earlier than my booking. Still they charg

No proper support. App gives same cab rates as normal to everyone. They tell you that after download you get 2000 in ur wallet ... Bullshit . Nothing happens like that. Dont install. Uninstall immediate.
