Loved the concept of getting my salary offer from companies compared to my peers with similar work experience and skill sets. It removes the confusion of 'Should I or should I not join' and saves a ton of time for job seekers. Good app for HR professionals to use as well if they want to stay latest in the game. Furthermore, the idea of getting unanimous insights from people already working in a particular company really helps. Removes the guessworks which will take weeks for us to figure it out on our own. Cheers!

This is an amazing idea. Getting your job offers evaluated from the insiders. We all end up negotiating wrong in most of the job interviews because we don't have enough information about the company or the job profile from an insider perspective. This will solve it very easily.
