Found what I was looking for. Awesome service. Affordable pricing, simple, straightforward. You get your own fax number. You can add files, docs, you can opt for a personalized cover letter, you can fill and sign docs, you get notifications by mail, what else, It can make you a cup of coffee, haha..not exactly but you all get the point. If I can give this app/service six stars I would. And I think I am forgetting what else it does! Oh yeah, I was forgetting the best thing you can use from your PC and frorm you Mobile Devices (Android in my case) Thank you RedFax!!

Don't really understand the ones crying it doesn't work and cost too much.... Works great and if you can't afford 4.99 for 600 fax then you have other issues to worry about.... Two thumbs up

4.99 a month for up to 600 pages and it's reliable , I may switch my office over to this . I pay over twice that for a line at the office and we only send 100 or so pages a month.

Every time I try to fax something, even a single file, it keeps telling me to check my Internet even though I'm fully connected to a working wifi connection. If this isn't fixed I want my money back. I didn't pay money to not be able to use this product.

Retracting last statement. Was able to get app to successfully work. Sent off a 3 page fax 7:58 a.m. PST. Redfax provides customer service. And called me immediately. Haven't talked to them yet. But much appreciated. I will be returning their call. Still have a question or two. Thanks.

It is a fax # I called to confirm and they said faxes can be sent at all times. This app keeps saying failed after I already paid the 5.99 fee. I keep trying to send faxes and they are all saying failed. This is not a time saver at all.

I'm kinda confused.....I sent a fax and it said fax successfully sent...but went I go to my sent faxes it says Failed in the out box...did it fail? or was it successfully sent?

Update (08/11/2017): Just contacted RedFax Technical Support. It seems that they are having the same issue on their end of things; a recent Android update is the likely culprit for why I can't view the faxes in the app (which fits because my phone just had a system update earlier this week). Rep was very polite and apologetic, and provided me with that info. They seem to be working on it, so I will reserve judgment. As an IT manager, I know these things happen. Original Post (08/10/2017): Just setup my account and downloaded the app. Did a test fax, but cannot read it on the app; get circle of death. :( Uninstalled and reinstalled app and same result. Will see if their tech support is any good.
