Worst service provided... Driver and another person with him was very rude.. will never use saini again

Very bad service bus was cancelled on last movement. Back side seats are offered without any compensation . Till now night mare...

The bus was almost 40 min late and the AC and video coach was not working completely...And the video coach was unavailable and also the fare was so high as compared to the service provided....It was a very bad journey experience to me...I was traveling from yavatmal to Kolhapur... The VRL travel provide a better facility than this Saini Travel.... Thank you..And also the WI Fi was not provided and the blanket was totally teared and it was bad quality...

My bus No- MH-40-9135 date 15/4/2017 bus time 4.15pm but 1 hr late bus I pay 1300rs. No tv . no Wi-Fi . no on any bus service. Bad service

This app shows virus when installed it by quickheal antivirus. please confirm I had given snapshot but the issue not solved. Virus may corrupt the phone. Please rectify.

I have been travelling regularly from saini and have encountered no problem till now. Buses are good, clean and punctual. But the halt point at which bus stops at night during pune-nagpur travel(hotel sairath) is very bad and with arrogant attitude. Also food there is not good with exorbitant rates. Earlier dinner halt was much better. Please pay attention into it. P.S. : Prompt Action by Saini travels on the issue .

I am glad for the service you provide but the bus you provide for the aurangabad is 2*2, seats of the bus are not comfortable, person cant sleep well in it. Kindly do something.

It just fails at time of payment and then shows our selection booked...nd then it resers after 24 hrs

Bus no.MH 31 9061 (sleeper) broken down Nd we have been seated into another bus .... bullshit whole journey on a floor without any refund

I am an army officer . I travelled from Osmanabad to Nagpur on 12 Dec and from Nagpur to Osmanabad on 14 Dec in bus 9735 MH- 40 N. First let me compliment you for the cleanliness, quality of linen and following correct timings....there are few shortcomings which needs to be addressed. Firstly the staff particularly the conductor speaks in a very inappropriate language, mocks you which is unbecoming. .they carry passengers at the fag end of the journey by taking money from them causing inconveniences

As shared by so many travellers...this app is having issue while loading to payment gateway...faced issues multiple times ended with waste of time for cash voucher refund which left us to rebook options only..

In my last booking pune - Nagpur 4.30 pm bus but in last day my booking cancelled by Saini tr.pune .this I don't like. That why I can't travel with Saini in future.................
