Secondly, If a product can't be given at discounted price to a customer who have already availed the discount offer, It should be available at regular price. Thirdly, Customer needs to be contacted, If due to some technical fault you are unable to deliver his order. Customer may lose faith in such cases. Fourth, Understanding the issue/feedback in website customer is willing to share is key rule to success for a start-up to a business leader organization. Fifth, We understand that the offer given by you can't be given in large quantity due to huge discount, however. On ordering the product twice, received a successful confirmation. Customer may choose online payment, how trust can be regained after cancelling the order at your end and not informing the customer. Sixth, I have given you 4 star as I am satisfied with the product quality you offered till now. Issue Description:I purchased 1 KG sugar at discounted price of Rs. 1. Yes , offer is pretty good. However, I purchased 5-7 kg more sugar later at same price. I completed the order and unusually made it cash on delivery (I usually choose online payment as I trust the website since long). I got invoice of successful message on email. One day later, when order not delivered, I called the customer support. They refused me stating that your order got cancelled because you purchased sugar more than once.
Bad application. It's very slow to load and difficult to handle. Very poorly designed, lack of clarity about status of purchase. Hope to be improved in future.
Very nice app, but needs following improvements : 1. Many times, it is unresponsive and hangs, and i struggle to continue shopping. 2. The price is not same for different quantity of product.. for example sugar for 1kg shows 39 rs/kg .. but if we order 5kg, the amount is 205 which means 41rs/kg. worst service,more than half of the one kg tomatoes I ordered was bad,even cucumber was also not eatable

Pros: 1. Fairly good quality of products. 2. Timely delivery. 3. Prices lesser than local kirana stores. Cons: 1. Android app is no better than the website, both are exactly same. What feels better on Website, doesn't appear comfortable on the app. 2. No option to save a wishlist or to save an incomplete cart. That way you have to order everything in one session, else place multiple orders. 3. Listed and billing prices are sometimes more than the MRP on items being delivered, because of old stock but updated pricing.
One of the most terrible user interface I have ever seen is from this app... Trying to order my items from the past hour... First the sign up didn't happen then selecting the orders took ages because your engineers have not even devised it properly and finally when it came to submit... The order is not even going to payment page and stuck at summary
