Whatever feels comfortable or natural to you is the best way to spin your fidget spinner. Sometimes different spinners dictate different approaches to spinning. Sometimes spinners are better for fidget spinning back and forth. Others are better for long two-handed spins. Larger spinners may need a ring finger flick, while a smaller spinner may be more comfortably flicked back and forth with your index finger.
