Integrity Answers

I will admit, this app is pretty ugly and basic, but it does what it says it does. I called out today and was processed in less than five minutes. While I believe some of the prompts I received were pre-typed and given automatically by the system, at several points I also saw an "Operator is typing" notification and they also responded to questions I had, so I believe that I was connected to a live person as well. At the very least, the app serves its purpose.

Does not work

This app needs a desperate update. Functionality is basic at best, and trying to find out information about your attendance record, pay stubs, etc. - good luck with that. If this is supposed to be a companion app for the website, you're sadly mistaken.

If your one of those people who celebrates having phone memory by downloading an app that instantly goes to a crashed warning without even trying.

Unable to do much of anything. Easier to just use the integrity answers or workforce website.

It will not work on my tablet. It says "Integrity Answers has stopped" However it will work on my phone. Please fix this.

Useless waste of time, I sure someone got PAID to make this BS app!

For one this isn't made by any big name person so that gives me some insight prior to downloading it. It's a very low budget app that doesn't function properly and the response time is slower than I've ever seen. Waste of time. THERE'S A REASON THERE WAS ONLY 5K downloads!

Nothing about the,chat is live but me. I have done plenty of live chats and they have never taking so long to respond or been,so dragged out. This is how I'm to communicate to get answers but it takes for ever. Totally needs and upgrade and fast. Not to mentioned. I live in Illinois and that was not a selection I could make when told to pick a state and city. Needs improvement!!!!!!

The only thing remotely useful about this app would have been the live chat. If it didn't take forever for them to respond. It doesn't tell you when they are typing so you are just waiting for them not to respond. The answers are vague and make it feel like a robot.

The live chat does not work, just takes me to a blank screen when I click on the icon smh!

I dont really like this app they take to long to respond back so alot of my questions went unanswered
