PreFlight Airport Parking

This app would be great if it worked. Making reservations never works. A SQL dump displays advising a date overflow. It should be easily fixed. Skip the app altogether and just use the browser site instead.

Terrible app. Every time you try and prepay for parking it tells you there was an error and then 10 minutes later you get a confirmation email.

Crashes when you go into info - express pass info. Please fix

App won't open

I was told my app always crashed and failed to open properly because I needed to update it. OK. So I updated it to version 1.8.4. Same problems. So being proactive I completely uninstalled the app - redownloaded and installed again. SAME PROBLEMS!

Please provide a valid justification for file permissions within patch notes section. Uninstalled until addressed, will not recommend

Can't even get it to open on a Galaxy S6. Update: 12/6, still doesn't open on an S6. Update 3/10/17: Clean install on a Galaxy S6, the app appears to open but gets stuck on a white screen. Uninstalling... Again.

Always have issues when opening it takes 2 to 3 tries to actually get into the app.

Why does the app need my photos and other permissions? when the app crashes for being old I will delete it. I want parking not you spying on my device.

This app never opens and never had, even after I downloaded it. Uninstall......

What the hell is going in. Thing never opens then crashes.... unsuccessful connection to server.

Every time I open the app I get an application error message and have to close it and reopen it. Then it works.

App is a great idea, I used it daily. But the splash screen will go black and shut down the first time I load it. Usually works the 2nd time. Just a pain when your tring to pull up the bar code to scan into the parking lot.

Love the model, the parking, the rates, and not parking with the highway robbers at the City of Chicago is priceless. App is pretty bad and buggy. Have to scan too many times.

Installed, uninstalled, installed uninstalled, etc....works when first installed and then back afterwards. Uninstalled and reinstall again...works for first launch then black screens on any future use. Idea is perfect for those of us weekly travelers. Unfortunately implementation now make me uninstall and never want to reboot it again. So sad....I use preflight parking weekly. Their service is spot on, their app is giving them a bad reputation.

PreFlight is great; app not so much. It takes forever to load and with a busy travel schedule it's annoying.

I use the app on a weekly basis (for reservations, check ins, etc...), and it works great. Takes a while to load, but my guess is it will only get better with future updates. Awesome service across the board, keep up the good work!

I have used this app for over a year on my iPhone and works great with the exception you can never get a reservation to cancel. Since getting my new phone I've gotten the LG phone and can't get the app to work. Not sure if it's a android thing or the actual phone??

As others have said it is too slow to open. Also, often goes to black screen. Want to rely on it and use it more but......

Great parking... Need a lot of help to fix the app. Froze instantly.

It doesn't show rates

I have used PreFlight several times. I love there service. On time, a good crew, fast and on time with every flight.

Attempted to add credit card, but for the life of me it won't take the state and needless to say I can't add the cc without it. Poor!

Currently reinstalling to see if that will help. Would be very useful if I could get it to work.

Can't even get it to open on a Galaxy S6

Unable to reserve overnight stay for one night time frame. It asks for me to agree that I am ok making a reservation for the same day, I check the box and problem freezes the app. Pre flight needs to fix this. It's been 3 days and this is becoming an annoyance extreme!

Updated on 6 Oct 2015; after title page, screen goes blank and program freezes. Cannot use at all.

App is broken.

The drop down menu has issue. It always picks item above the one I selected. Also gives false error of missing data field on first page.

Great

The app touch calibration is off. When you touch something from the drop down menu, it always click the option above desired click, and good luck trying to touch the last item on list. I almost ended up booking in Boston when I wanted to book in Chicago. Correct it please.
