ProfitDash™ for KW Agents

App is not reliable. It tracks a route and never let's you classify it it just never appears. It's only getting half of my travels defeats the purpose of the app it worked great up until a month or so ago. I have to manually keep putting in appointments which again defeats the purpose of the app I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. When my subscription is up I will be going back to tax bot it is half the price.

Calculation is not correct. Poor design. Just tested the mileage tracker and it is not accurate. Good improvement but my KW not correct. Could not get real numbers. IRS calculation does not show write offs. It's not 100% free. Would not recommend it.

It would be wonderful if it didn't crash constantly. Any suggestions to how to stop it from crashing every two minutes? I was really looking forward to using this app consistently.

This app is easy to navigate, provides up to date accurate accounting, and has great customer service.

Great way to record everything without having to micromanage

So helpful. It shows me items I've forgotten to write down and is a perfect tracker on my drives to houses and condos.

This is a great app for keeping track of your mileage. Also good reminder when looking back at past activities that you may not have recorded.

Good app

ProfitDash is a very useful app. I mainly use it for keeping track of expenses and mileage. I sync my bank/debit card/credit card to my account and it automatically tracks expenses; from there I can mark if something is business or personal and split what percentage of a purchase goes to which category.

Best finance app! To get the same features elsewhere, you would need 2 or more other apps.

Will know better at the end of the year. Little concerned about getting all my data back for tax purposes.

App was linked to my Barclay credit cards then an update was performed and now it's not working for past 4 months. Wish we were able to merge trips like the app taxbot allows

App is great but I asked to install a beta version that was supposed to improve battery life. It seems to have made my phone no longer function properly, it's the only variable that has changed and now my phone crawls. Uninstalling for now. The program features are great and it worked well initially

Wosrt battery hog ever (phone reported 89% drain from this app). Repeatedly locks up and has to be killed. Milage tracker would not stop running and had multiple notification icons for it. Uninstalled.

The app literally drains battery fast than it charges. Slows phone to unusable state, also heats screen to the point of touch screen not working

I had a bit of a problem starting it because I had some setting wrong and Aaron from tech support was able to diagnose the problem and tell me how to fix it. Now it works great.

Was a great app till it made me upgrade on 4/13/17 now won't even open on the phone says "index error" hope they fix it asap... update just got help from the app makers now it is working again thank you for the speedy response

It a great app that allows me to track mileage as well as my commission aa a realtor. Especially handy during tax season. I love it

Easy way to organize expensed

Would love a desktop version. Would love a easy button to toggle auto tracking on and off without so many prompts. Would love the ability to reconcile my bank statement.

Great app, love the mileage tracker. The only thing this is missing is a desktop version like Realtyzam. If this app had a desktop version also, I would be all in.

Uses 110% of my phone's battery. My phone dies in 3 hours or less, depending on use; having the location option turned on allows the app to run in the background, taking up an enormous amount of power while heating up your phone.

I've just starting using the app. I think it's going to be a huge help to my real estate business.

I love how it links your accounts and allows you to categorize your expenses. I understand that there is an upgrade that I can choose later and this version is free with no limit on time. My only drawback is the mileage tracker I have an older Galaxy 3 that gps setting this kills my battery. my question is is there a way that I can enable a Bluetooth function on my 2008 GMC Sierra? Thanks

The only advantage of Profit Dash over other accounting programs / apps is that it will automatically collect your KW commission info. After spending some time in it I soon realized that it doesn't provide the useful needed compiled data unless you pay the $200 annual fee. At $200 annually, it's trying to compete with the likes of Quickbooks, but isn't as involved or detailed as Quickbooks. If you're looking to get a real grip on your business accounting, this is NOT for you. If you're looking for something super simple and easy, but aren't worried about the real details of your business, stick with the free version.

Good app, however; as is normal, you've only got a limited time before you've got to pay for an upgrade. I just updated and now I can't even delete old listings without upgrading for $20/mnth

App is best on the market. I have been in program development for years and this is the best I have found. I use it for KW...every once in a while there is a little hiccup or error but just click the ? In the upper left and a rep is always quick to respond and fix the issue. Customer service is un-matched!
