Greencart

Initially i used green cart website a lot and loved it. After that the web always said under maintenance for many months. Tried the app now and it just doesnt open up. If you are shutting service..at least inform or dont keep the app for download

I was the customer before...but now this app dosent even gets opened..tried atleast 100 times..sick yea.!..just remove it from the playstore atleast no one else would waste their time downloading it.

I had been a regular customer at greencart. Recently there has been a huge deterioration in their service. And today was a day of epic disappointment. I got my order delivered today that included 1.5kg of peaches, which Greencart had advertised as "Premium". I am sorry to mention that all peaches sent are of absolutely poor quality and have black/brown spots on them, which means that they have started to rot. Some of them are visibly rotting. I would say to Greencart that, yes, this definately is, as the name of the product goes, a huge premium charged to customers for a quality not even good for street markets and by selling unhealthy products if price charged was not already high enough.

This was my first app I used to buy groceries using my phone it sad to see they have shut down

It hungs during startup... it just loads

Don't download no worth to download not starting I waited 15minute but still no response from app.

Liked the service and the products displayed...however it seems to have shut shop... Sad.

I have ben a regular Patron of Greencart. In recent I find that the complaint are attended in a very cavalier fashion. I have sent mails that I am not able to Add to cart any item as the button gets freezed in B/W colour instead of the green colour. Many times a message pops up that you are not a registered user even when the icon on right corner shows my name as Hi Krishna. I have also in the past made complaint about the app and web site. I had to finally get my vegetables from the local market.

I loved this site and offer provided but what's wrong it is hanging to much and from offers. I can't add anything infect many other things I can't add plz fix it as soon and inform me Ty

The app is not able to process my order..struggling to even select few items in my cart

The greencart app hangs a lot and it becomes impossible to complete the order and check out

The app is slow even on 3G connection and gets randomly unresponsive. Could have been much better.

I have been ordering vegetables every week but since last 15 days could not order, as I am not able to select things .So I tried customer service did not get any response. Sent mail ,received auto generated mail. It's very frustrating

The app has been down since a few days when I tried to reach the greencart helpdesk no one answered the phone but.i did get a response from their team on my email wherein they mentioned they were changing their warehouse and thus deliveries have been stopped for few weeka.

Updated today thinking problems would have been addressed. but no. payment by credit card gives white screen. .so forced to do COD..everytime. the UI is as unresponsive as ever before.takes ages for next screen to come.only upside...delivery is good, quality of stuff is good.so offline looks good...online sucks!

App is pathetically slow and half the options don't work.... going to the market and purchasing will save you more time...

Guyz u need to improve UI and performance also. I just downloded your app. After couple of mins I dint even went through your app and closed it. Concentrate on app first ,it will automatically increase your business

The payment gateway is slow and unresponsive. I need to try making the payment 3-4 times. Often, my money is debited but the confirmation of payment happens after a while. Otherwise, am happy with the shopping experience.

The app is very slow and making people fools very badly on what u are showing the add very slow app very worse then other groceries app
