No experienced service desk. Drivers used to change route without any information. Called customer care but they are not listened anything. The easy way they have is to deduct money from out wallet or reduced available ride. Customer care even doesn't know the number of driver. Tried old shuttle much more professional they are....
Innovative Concept but unreliable. For someone who really cares about time- never depend on it. Never trust its estimated arrival time, By the time you reach pickup location relying on the arrival time, you are likely to get disappointed finding that either it has left 10 mins before the arrival time or it is some 10-20 mins late. App is absolutely rubbish.
Innovative concept coupled with pathetic service makes for a nightmarish experience. The arrival times are always misjudged. Shuttles come and leave before time, sometimes Changing routes. The worst part is you cannot cancel the second ride which you picked after your first shuttle left before time. And the customer care doesn't care about you at all.
Sometimes drivers use to divert the route themselves..as a result of which u miss ur in time shuttle and wait for another which again delays due to frequency at 15 mins intervals!.. therefore driver must b aware of the pick up points of the passenger..!
Every route is from laxmi nagar which is densely populated and time consuming to get through it. The app does not show the proposed route of the bus being booked and it's on luck which route you would get only pick up and drop points are known to the rider. If you want to miss your office then you can surely try it.
This is the 3rd time wrong information has been shared. Booked shuttl for 5: 41 and at 5:30 it is showing as left. What the poor system is this. No number no contact no timing just making money and making people fool.
Hi Team, I am your registered user and have quarterly pass as well, due to some reason I have to format my device and now I am not able to sign up on the app again. I am receiving OTP even after multiple attempts. Just because of this reason I am not able to book my ride for tomorrow. Please help in resolving the issue urgently. Thanks Nitin
Validity of passes must be extend according to days when you are not doing operations. Also you should work on provide offering services in break points as well. It would give chance to people make best use of your routes. Drivers must get some loud notifications whenever any person is to be picked up from a stop atleast 2-3 mins before arrival.
Shuttl has lost all the trust and faith earned in last couple of years. I have faced 2 days of bus break down and reported the same but no response and asper shuttle information bus has reached destination whereas driver confirmed to deboard. This is really a pathetic situation where colleagues confirmed to have received same response from shuttl.
Instead of best routes available ..please provide exact and shortest route.... This time app is totally confusing for a new user..And time variation is also a concern as no contact no of driver.. Sometime app is showing 15mint and after 2mint it is showing directly 5mint..
I booked the shuttle two times ,first time they said our vehicle has been breaking down and second time shuttl didn't came to location. seriously this app is worst and you are wasting customer time. i want my money back .please do not waste customer time,they have to reach office too
Your service is going from pathetic to more pathetic.. No busses available for Faridabad to noida route after 8 in the morning and before 8 in the evening You are ignoring the fact that most people travel home before 8 in evening and at that time slot, your no busses are running..
Pathetic customer care service. Pathetic shuttl service on my route (skyview - ansal). Ever since I bought subscription, the number of travellers has been reduced to 3. Sometimes i don't even get a shuttle even after buying the subscription.
Bad service for regular going person when you book shuttle in a 1 sec all seats are full. Then why i take pass. Bed customer care & implementation strategy.
It's getting better day by day now. Just one change is required and that is flexible timing for booking ride as it becomes difficult sometimes to book a shuttle at exactly 9 PM. Also if the shuttle leaves the stop from where a person is supposed to, allow him/her to board it later at other stop because they are paying you.
Just one small complain, customer support has a lot to be improved. One suggestion, see if you can add an instant chat support like Zomato(which is extremely useful), that would earn you 5 stars from me! :)
Things need to be improved 1. More pickup/ drop points, why i should pay for 30 k.m. when i had to go 20 k.m's only. The shuttle passes thru my route but i had to go back to pickup point and then pass by my route, why? 2. Seat no. Should be allocated at time of booking. Last pickups got seats in the last row, which is very bad. 3. If shuttle lefts the pickup point earlier than expected, alternate transportation should be given or seats to be allocated in other shuttles. Rest is good.
The worst service given by any shuttle. Will recommend other shuttle instead of this. There is no fix pickup point. No driver contact provided. Customer care do not listen to you
People are not fools . Preer vihar route is different then kindly name the stops which are in my route . Go and look for meaning of word route because my shuttle passes through preet vihar , ip extension vaishali and then dilshad garden. Moreover it was recommended by your customer care executive to me to take shuttle upto preet vihar whenever shuttle to dilshad garden is not available when he was asking me to continue to use your service in the beginning because i told him i wanted to discontinue because of irregular scheduling of shuttle to dilshad garden
It's good but only for regular users. I commute by company transport and want to use it only on ad-hoc basis. But there is no option other than buying multi visit pass. I suggest developers that either you must allow single trip payments without any pass or issue a long term pass with comparatively lesser num of rides.
I waited at the designated stop. The bus never stopped. It sped away right in front of my eyes. The customer care lied that it picked up other customers at the stop I was at. I was promised a refund. That never happened either. Avoid.
Second time very bad experience. Bus left the pickup point 12 min early , wasting our time n money both .
The service and response time has improved but the quality of buses has fine down. Saturday services remains dicey as usual..I board from centrum plaza to Dwarka... Bus info given is bus no 7056 and the bus is travelling on the route is 2086!!!! We miss the bus and the driver says why didn't you the paper pasted on the wind screen???? And this happens on Saturday rather regularly... Why?
Pathetic service and unprofessional terms and conditions, looks like lutere, thank god got to know very first day , I would pay more and get the better service rather then using such service provider who has no sense of business and customer service
ANDHON MEIN KAANA RAJA ( please improve ur service , currently it's not even eligible for 1 star also) !! It's the only choice Delhites have, to travel to Gurgaon in a so called convenient way .But the Shuttl service is like 'Andhon mein kaana raja' , its service is currently too unreliable and the bus quality is really very bad . You should not keep shuttl as the only option when you are leaving office at around 8-9 PM as they might cancel it just a couple of minutes prior to your boarding time .( Has happened to me a couple of times ) . Bus quality is too bad but sometimes , once in a while you can expect average buses too. I hope someone like Ola expand its base in this segment too and give Shuttl a tough competition so that they can atleast try to improve
Ridiculous app. Please don't download and waste of money and time.
No improvement in services. Seat booking is sort of "fastest finger first". No suitable response from customer service as if they hardly care.
Nice initiative to solve delhi ncr commute problem. Should focus on include more routes . Specially from subash nagar metro station to golf course road Gurgaon
The app keeps on crashing on the ride details page. Reported this issue to shuttle a few weeks ago but no resolution.
Very confusing to understand routes. Is there any way to travel from one point to another via break points.
So today i had a booking for 7.30 but some my ride is no longer active . add to that i cant even cancel it and it is stuck on my screen .. now my one ride is gone and i cant book any more rides.. Very poor service.and buggy app
Fare was quite high and many shuttle don't have their proper shuttle number. Rest is fantastic and very good quality of service.
They change shuttle timing as per there requirement. This is very inconvenient for us really pathetic service guys If you have to used there service kindly have an alternate option always then use there shuttle because they will within a week 2 time's leave you in a situation were there shuttle time is changed automatically really bad
They don't even acknowledge customers before they reschedule ride for next shuttl. Why would I wait for your shuttl and waste my 30 mins behind it
3 consecutive emails about poor customer experience and ZERO replies. A helpline that nobody bothers to attend to. This rating is for your fantastic customer service. :/
