Le Mémorial ACTe crée le festival caribéen de l’image avec une première édition concomitante à l’inauguration, en mai 2015. Le festival a l’ambition de faire connaître le creuset photographique et d’images de la Caraïbe, en mettant en lumière la diversité des talents de cette zone géographique. Le regard caribéen contemporain sur la Caraïbe est privilégié sans s’interdire le regard des photographes voyageurs. Caribbean Festival of the picture

The Memorial Act creates the Caribbean Festival of the image with a first edition concomitant to the inauguration in May 2015. The festival has the ambition to publicize the photographic images of the crucible and the Caribbean, highlighting the diverse talents of this region. Caribbean contemporary look on the Caribbean is privileged ban without regard to traveling photographers.
