Scheduled two pick ups. Never showed up. Dropped off an empty Scrub bag unceremoniously hours after I had requested my laundry to be picked up. Charged me twice for the service that I never used. Too date, I've been refunded once, but seeing as the app is terrible, there's no customer service, and I have no idea who to contact, Scrub has done nothing but stolen $20 from me. Thanks.

So many issues getting set up and started. Only way to contact them is through email which they dont respond to. I feel foolish for giving them credit card infomation before vetting them. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
