Edward Jones - Mobile

I just downloaded and it just crashes any time I try to open it. Can't even use it, very frustrating.

I was having a problem starting app with galaxy s8 ,called Ed Jones to report. Now the app works fine.

Used to be a good app. Now, can't even sign in. Very unhappy with this.

App doesn't let me sign in. The sign in button doesn't work on the s8

Won't let me log in anymore. This makes me sad.

App takes forever to update markets, have to use a different app to keep up With my stocks, until it decides to work and update...

Works fine on my Pixel XL running 8.0. Simple app that mirrors the full web site. Fingerprint authentication with 2FA is great.

Crashes every time I try to open it. If you cannot design an app that works maybe I should invest my money elsewhere!

Used to use regularly. With recent update the opening screen now freezes on Samsung S8.

I'm too irritated with this app to give a review. You don't want to know, Mickey would be embarrassed and remove your club membership.

Stop investing with Edward Jones. Their advisors are no better than the average person. I signed up to buy stocks monthly to cut down on their fees and they took the money out of my account first and charged me $50 to buy 1 stock (litterally 1 stock) for $33. You do not need to pay someone to click buttons for you! Prices are coming down and these people need to get the memo.

MINUS 10 rating. EJ should be incredibly embarrassed by this app when wanting to handle my $$$$ WORSE THAN PITIFUL!!!! Not worth downloading. New update finally, but don't see all that much improvement. MORE NEW BUGS! This app is badly designed and their website isn't much better. Time to look for a brokerage firm that can do the job. If their analysts and reps also have their hands tied with bad software, how can I trust their advice??? REPLACE THIS APP WITH A TOTALLY NEW APP THAT OFFERS VALUE AND WORKS! With evidence of such poor programming, can I trust anything from EJ? HOW do I tell my EJ advisor that I have to switch because her firm because EJ has such poor tools and worse, doesn't seem concerned about the problem? No responses here from EJ

Used this app a lot before to check my account and transfer money. Now I can not even sign-in or do anything with it.

Terrible Update!!!!

It's good for seeing where my accounts are and transferring money into them. Not good for sending a message to my advisor. I can see the Send button when the form is blank. But it goes away when my keyboard comes up and is gone when I'm done typing and remove the keyboard. Had to go to full site to actually send the message.

Keeps crashing during check deposits and you have to go back to the beginning and log in again. Won't even take pictures for check deposit on LG 5 phone. I use three different mobile bank apps on several devices and this is by far the worst.

I like my EJ consultant, but this app doesn't work well on my phone at all. My security questions are always denied, even when I know I'm answering them correctly and I get locked out of my account. I can never get in without the temporary code.

If Edward Jones wants to retain millennial investors they'd better fix their app. It's pathetic...

Terrible app... Cannot make a simple deposit

Opens to a blank page with Edward Jones header. Fire your web designer! This still hasn't been fixed.

Have to say it is a lot better than when I first got the app. I can find all the info I want to know.

The app is super easy to use! I can transfer money right to the bank and back. Done and done

App shuts down every time I try to review my statement! Waste of time. Reason #1,549 to transfer to fidelity or schwab.

I'm supposed to trust you with my money and you can't manage an app. I can never log on and your help page is never available!
