Wish I would've done some research before buying this starter. I trusted the compatibility bought it from because I had great luck with them on previous remote starters. Absolutely despise this system. It works MAYBE one out of every ten times I try to use it. I don't get a fab unless I pay extra. Going to call install company and see about returning it.

This is not worth the extra bucks. It almost never works and when it does I have to turn the app on and off several times. Great idea executed very very poorly. Extremely disappointed.

App works as intended for my 2018 Mazda 3. I am able to start my car but I would really like a bit more functionality built into the app. If they could tie it into Google now so I can say "okay google start my car" and it starts that would be awesome.

The app does not seem to work when wanting to start my vehicle while connected to WiFi. I have to turn WiFi off and use data. Then it works flawlessly. I love the app otherwise. If dev team could let me know if there is a reason for this, it would be much appreciated!

Perfect! As with any app it could use some tweaks BUT this is the most cost efficient option that works as intended flawlessly! Looking forward to future updates like Google Now acceptance and Finger print scanner recognition. Thanks for a great app thus far!

Majority of the time, nothing but problems. Would not consistently start car, at times it showed it was running even when it was not, other times it was running but the count down display was at 0, returning car starter and uninstalling the app, don't waste your time and money on this product.

Doesn't always work. Sometimes it will start the car but does not report back that it's running.

App never works. Had a drone beforenever had so many issues

Works great most of the time. NEEDS VOLUME CONTROL !!!! Would be great if we could rename the AUX channels, it would be easier to use!!!!

App crashes. I get annoying 'start failed' messages everytime I take over in my truck whether started by fob or app. You'd think with all sorts of app technology your sounds would maybe be a bit more refined than that of a fob

Really needs independent volume control inside the app. Please add this feature. I don't like having to reduce my system volume before using this app, but also do not feel the need to let everyone in the building know I have started my vehicle. Otherwise works as advertised

Not liking it. App locks up and has shown no battery voltage and doors unlocked when they were not. When it does work properly, it's nice to have.

Agreed with everyone else on adding an independent volume controller and different tone changer also. A bonus also to have a button for manual status check on the vehicle when ever the user wants to that will show voltage and current vehicle lock/unlock status.

Some bugs and easily reproducible crashes, but manageable and awesome ability to remotely start vehicle from anywhere with a cell signal.

Has continued to work without a problem. Absolutely agree with needing independent volume controls within the app itself rather than using the phones volume. Would be just as happy with an app option to mute all sounds as well.

I never rate apps, but this one is so bad it was necessary lol. Crashes every single time I open it. To the point where my s7 warns me that this app is probably killing my battery solely based on the crashing frequency and not screen time. Huge regrets not going with another brand. Wish I'd read these comments before committing to it lol.

Includes vehicle tracking, others charge extra for this. 1st year FREE. Only $20/year after that. Works great.

Update after several months use... When it works , it seems to work great !!! With that said, it still seems to crash every now and again. There are times when the app completely resets itself and I have to login from scratch entering my email and all. I also wish they would get all of the other little options fixed for everyone like confromation after starting , feedback status other than battery volt. App has improved and as long as they keep trying to improve I'll stick around and hope for the best. But if I notice that they are not updating as they should then I'm going to ditch it and go with something else.

Doing serious research on these systems. Seeing that this one has: 1) so many have problems with app, 2) running a 2.5 avg rating, 3) only 1000 app downloads, TELLS ME that this has a high chance of frustration and regret. I was told the viper version, same price, may be a better bet.

They started with a few bugs but, they have since been fixed and it's definitely a great investment

Had problems getting it to work at all at first. After messing around with it for a week got it to work intermittently. It doesn't work more than it works. Going to be returning the product and removing this useless app as well. Tech support was no help either just kept saying follow directions it will work.

Had a problem with this unit at first. But now works with my android devices!

Not fun being locked out of your car in freezing temperatures because the app is not communicating properly with the starter. FIX YOUR BUGS!!! and answer your emails!!!

Good app just needs work with crashing. Have to open then close then open again. Good interface just needs an option to silence sound

App crashes tons, won't keep u logged in. My wife has to try 5 to 10 times just to start the vehicle. Very very inconvenient. Really wish we went with a different remote start app.

Login process improved!?? Wtf Every time I open the app I have to log back in. It says failed to log in automatically. It still has bugs since the recent update. Once I sign in it may or may not send signals to my vehicle. My vehicle is favourited and unless I tap back and select my vehicle again it won't send anything. Spinny wheel

Worked fine before. Had to replace my android nexus 6p with another nexus 6p. Identical device but app won't open. Totally useless, fix this immediately! This remote starter was very expensive! EDIT! Going to app settings, clearing app cache and data, fixed the issue and the app started and I could log in. Now with newest update won't save my login info. Get your act together devs. Consumers, avoid this.
