I try to login by email. So i have to switch to the email client to get the login pin, but after returning to this app to enter the pin the page updates itself and shows the login screen again. Awful user experience!!

What is wrong with you guys? Why can't I see normal calendar when trying to reschedule? I understand that is a way to make people miss the deadlines and pay money, but done very bold and crappy. Please make a normal calendar and normal login with password, not this code entering every time. You make enough money to hire good specialists, not crazy making-money-from-the-air greedy decision makers.

Hi! I chose bookatiger as I thought they would take care about organizing my housekeeping and would find a reliable cleaner. I chose the expert cleaner category as I am willing to pay more for a good service. Now, I am waiting for the third time in two weeks that the cleaner shows up. Bookatiger confirmed each appointment by email, but nobody showed up to do the job. COCNLUSION: Don't trust this company. The only thing they have to do is to take care about the appointments and they obviously can't do this.
