Bailbooks Defendant App

This app worked ok, the camera would not allow the camera to turn so I had to have someone take it for me. Then I got a new phone and now the app won't work at all on it just says to click try again to fix the connection error.

Just do what ever you want instead of calling or visiting your agency. Extremely usefull one.

Will not even open..says almost done be patient? For 5 days? It's trash.

Takes upside down photos... seriously??? Hasn't been fixed for months. Pathetic

It's a ok app

I have a LG and it worked first couple of weeks then it started taking upside down pictures...now it keeps saying that not able to locate gps signal...so dang frustrating..unfortunately I have to present my in person every week...UGH

Extremely convenient and so far works very well for me. Installed on a Samsung Galaxy 8. Much better than having to drive there or call-in. Just snap a picture and Check it in.

App does not work. "Application not registered, please kill application first then restart. If no luck then reinstall." Is the error message I get after numerous attempts of reinstalling.

This app worked for a few weeks and then it stop working unable to take pics. I have tried multiple times to uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it's not working on my LG phone. I even restarted my phone multiple times but the app is not work. I keep getting an error message "network error occured". My mom has an LG and the app is working on her phone.

Never works. Have to reinstall everytime i have to use it. Would rather call in.

Its Swiss my phone gps is off but its not I unistall the app and nothing it keeps saying gps its off

Hate this app, it shuts down everytime you use it, and you have to reinstall and resubmit your email and mobil key every week to use it, plus it drains your phone battery. Id rather just call in its a pain to have to do this every single week. And they wont fix it. U have no choice but to use a broken featured junk app

Logged in tried to check in step 1 asked to take photo then nothing happened wouldnt progress to the next step/screen. Uninstalled reinstalled multipe times after restarting phone and logged in with multiple keys to no avail. Doent work on lg stylo.

Worked fine at the begging now cant sign in at all waste of time rather just call the bails bond to chek in

It has worked since October until now. IOt will not proceed to step two after taking pic.

It wont let me send the picture in i restarted the app and everything

To check in at step 1 you take a picture and your supposed to go to step 2 but dise not

After the first time logging out, it won't let me log back in. Keeps saying "Application not registered"... Uninstalled it, reinstalled it...several times. Still no go. Can't login at all now.

Worked once, then each other time attempted to use had to delete then reinstall. Worthless.

The App needs improvement period.

I take the picture and nothing else happen. Im frustrated because I need to check in

Used to have issue w app but now know how to use when I have problems. What helps me when sending check in fail, is to reinstall app and it works. So easy to use.

Helps me know when. My court date is very useful

Slow operating

The app throws u out when u r all ready logged in and then won't let u log back in it sucks
