แอพพลิเคชั่น GuideUBRU เป็นระบบที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่นักศึกษา และบุคคลทั่วไป ในเรื่องการหาสถานที่ต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ประกอบด้วยฟังก์ชั่นหลักดังนี้
1. ค้นหาตำแหน่งของผู้ใช้ปัจจุบันได้
2. ค้นหาสถานที่ และอาคารต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลันราชภัฏอุบลราชธานีได้
3. ค้นหาเส้นทางจากตำแหน่งปัจจุบันของผู้ใช้ ไปยังสถานที่ที่ผู้ใช้ต้องการได้
4. มีข้อมูลอาจารย์และข้อมูลห้องพักของอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลันราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี
5. สามารถเปลี่ยนรูปแบบมุมมองของแผนที่ได้ตามต้องการ เช่น แบบปกติ,แบบภาพจากดาวเทียม,แบบภาพภูมิศาสตร์ และแบบปกติกับแบบภาพจากดาวเทียมผสมกัน
