The ear scanner is broken. Honeycomb design missing all it's front part, the color scheme selection window pops up when nothing is selected to color.... How about some QA before the update is released?

The person who gave the go ahead should be ashamed of this app. The core function, the video for modeling the ears, does not work. I've tried on two different phones. Please fix this or give a different option for filming the ears. I want to buy a pair but find they don't want my Android business.

They are complaining about the abuse they are receiving for the delay of the earphones. Making shocking apps does not help. Does not work and does not load anything. Samsung note 4 phone.

Promising idea but the app is terrible. I can't get it to run properly on my Note 7. It doesn't want to load images and it seems like it just hangs when I try to select a model to configure.

I can only partially see the designs on my Android screen. And can you add more colors??

Some feature barely work, most do nothing. Scanning your ear starts downloading videos, what? Help section shows *nothing* Let's not even begin to discuss how late the actual earbuds are, they still haven't nailed down a prototype let alone begin manufacturing, 6 months after the product was due. What a joke

The app crashes everytime I finish scanning 2 out of 8 video...please fix. My phone is a note 3. And you need to allow users to tab to focus for the ear scan.

The customization of OwnPhones themselves works just fine. However every other part of the app is either bugged or difficult to use. The whole app has a very 'unfinished' feel to it. Also it is very iOS feeling which doesn't feel right here and is just confusing to Android users. The video integration is terrible as well.

Am I the only one who pre ordered and now the site is down, their twitter isn't active, and the app doesn't have any of my information anymore?

App is crap can't even sign up or login. Useless

the company spent all of your money so the app is useless like Itmar is.

Disappointed with how buggy this app is. Struggling to customize my buds. Chose a design and now can't change it. And still waiting for updates on the actual product :(

Still a lot to be done. Including better integration of the videos.

Even worse than before. Hire some app designers maybe? This is totally broken.

Definely getting better, but why, after you make your first color selection, are you limited in the subsequent choices? This really inhibits customization. Is this going to be fixed, or is it something having to do with the 3d printing process? Hopefully this is just a bug in the app.

Was stoked to finally order these and I can't even sign up. Fill out info, click sign up, nothing happens. Tried to sign up via social media, nothing. Might be an awesome product but nobody will ever be able to use it...

Difficult to log in. The designer works well. The biggest flaw... Entering the ear scanner just hangs the program. Can't even back out, I ended up needing to close the whole thing every time I tried.

Doesn't work

The only reason I give this app five stars is because I really what it work in the future when I have to buy my ownphones

That section is still broken in the app. I open it up on my GN3 and it just freezes.

I backed on kickstarter and used my email but it didnt recognize me. Then when i tried to log back in it wouldnt let me

Still not able to customize our orders as backers. It's Mid May, well into the anticipated release time for us.

Says I have an order placed and that I am a backer but it says that there are no orders and the app says to click here to create a pair of own phones but doesn't nothing. The app doesn't nothing after I log in, it's worthless

I like so far but ear scan is not working. Shows only a black blank screen. Pretty hard to order the product if you can't get your ear scanned in. Please fix.

It's nearing launch time and one of the most important parts doesn't work right.

Record your left ear is not working just black circle. Please fix it! I'm using Sony Xperia Z3 Android 5.0.2 (official update from sony)
