Though cab service is good its Android App isn't user friendly. Cannot select my own timing to start journey. It compulsorily selects 45 minutes from the moment you start selecting pick up location.

I have tried to book taxi for 3 times both the times noo taxi came to pick me up, on caling the call centre which is totally a bunch of untrained personnel say will call u back sir in 5 mins but they havent. With this type of customer service you are not gonna stay long in the market.
