Notification Catch App

I'm having issues with the notifications. When my phone is on do not disturb mode, I still hear notification sounds from the apps that I customized the notifications of

Perfect! Allows me to get customized sounds per alert generated by different apps and also allows the app to respect OR NOT silent mode. This is important when being notified by and for critical systems such as a home security systems where you want to be notified regardless if device set for silent or quiet-time. Nice job!

I give it props for working when there aren't many applications like this in the Play store. An unfortunate bug is (like heyitsparry said) that turning ringtone and notification volume down don't affect this app. It will make noise anyway. Also, I noticed that if I was watching a video or playing a game, anything using media volume, then anytime I got a notification sound from this app, the media volume increased almost up to max for a full two heartstopping seconds before returning to normal, not even sounding the set notification sound. It was unpleasantly unexpected and both of those issues make this app hard to keep, but otherwise, it would be perfect. It's cool to be able to have different notification tones for the same app filtered by keywords in the push notification, and the ongoing alert is useful. I would certainly pay up if the kinks were ironed out. Edit: Changed my rating accordingly when the bugs were fixed promptly. Thanks so much for creating a useful app. It's hard to find any that change notification sounds for different apps and actually works.

I still get notifications sounds from this app when phone is on silent, vibrate, DND.
