‧我要報案：為了簡便使用者手機書寫之不便，特別建置GPS定位功能，減少您輸入污染地址的寶貴時間; 再以淺顯易懂的圖示呈現污染項目，方便您的報案需求。
‧案件查詢：查詢內容有二種: 1. 以案件編號查詢辦理進度; 2. 查閱曾報案之歷史案件紀錄。
‧環保局電話：按下環保局名稱即可直撥電話至該局公害陳情受理窗口。(提醒您!部分縣市之1999便民服務專線為計費通話)
‧電話報案： 0800-066-666是公害陳情報案免付費專線，專線電話可直轉環保署北、中、南三區環境督察大隊或發話所在地之環保局。
