Simple and perfect for the job.

I love it. It's definitely makes things alot easier. Now I don't need to try and remember every little detail.

So far I like it. Easy to use to get symptoms recorded. Adding/Deleting categories makes this flexible. Although the category list is not alphabetical it is when you add a record or run a report. I wish that when I edit a record it would prompt me asking "do you want to save changes". I keep using the back arrow to view more of my text and then forget at times to save changes and have to start over.

I love this app. It's so easy. Would like a food tracker, also. Some of the info is redundant, would love to rate and describe the pain for each body part, instead of separate sections, example I could say my low back has piercing pain at an 8 and my head is throbbing at a 3, etc. Thanks for the response. To do that for each individual pain I have would take hours! How much does the upgrade cost? App is kinda useless without export, but added so much info, but not going to add payment information without knowing the cost first.

A few features could be better. I use mine as more of a journal than anything else. I log everything from my Fibromyalgia pain, to my dizzy spells, to my face numbness, and my headaches. I love the ability to create new categories because of my multiple issues. If you want answers as to what events correlate with others, I would give this app a shot. P.s. Ads are simple enough to not interfere with the performance of the app, and small enough to not interfere with usage.

I had an auto accident this week - Health Log is making it easier to track physical symptoms to provide to the chiropractor. Handy for recording stress and sleep patterns as well. Summary of symptoms, average pain levels, triggers, and most common pains is useful too.

I would like the ability to store medical documents and images. It would also be nice to have separate sections for physical and psychological ailments instead of lumping all issues into one report.

Seems good so far. Pretty well exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately crashes everytime I try to filter with a category though :(

Y70%
by Y####:

Great app, the only thing that would be nice is if you could log when pain starts, then log when it ends, instead of having to try and keep track of the time.

U70%

It allows me to customize personal health issues, and keep track of my most bothersome problems

Would love to be able to upload images to journal entries for things like arthritis swelling to monitor

Please add a way to set a reminder notification so I remember to enter the info. Also would like add picture option as well. I like the simple design. It's easy to use and yet customizable.

I am finding this app's flexibility to be very helpful. I added "cold rainy weather / falling barometer" as a trigger for arthritis and fibromyalgia, "emotional pain" & "stress", "stress Financial", "stress healthcare related" as triggers, and I have already been able to find a correlation between my psychiatric, fibro, & multiple sclerosis symptoms & those triggers. Option to see graph by pain type, option to see a graph showing severity as 1 line and relief as another line would be helpful. Only problems so far: 1) When I got a new handset I couldn't find a way to combine my old phone data onto my new phone data. 2) using a blu pure life xl, could not find how to delete particular triggers or other preloaded options I don't use. I also use MyFitnessPal, SleepLog and other apps. This is a great addition to overall tracking. Have not tried it yet, but hoping that exporting as a CSV will allow me to combine exports from other apps to create dated reports / graphs combining all the data I track for my doctors. It would be critical to me to have all the data and the app itself run off the SD card. I I haven't added an SD card to this handset yet, (this month's extra expense) so I don't know if it's already a feature or not. I'd go to 5 stars if: 1) also have ability to upload a .CSV file so that the data on my old phone could be added to my new phone. (Or some other method to combine data from different devices to one device) 2) had option to add Vital sign tracking (ie, bp, pulse, O2, weight, blood sugar) 3) had ability to attach either PDF scans or photos of paperwork from medical providers Overall, it is making this #spoonie have much better interaction and care from providers. Thank you so much!

Interface for reviewing records is really only usable in landscape, annoying to have to rotate phone.

It's easy to use and so far the best symptom tracker I've found. I'd pay to upgrade if we could have (a) an "all day" duration and (b) ability to duplicate a past record for a new entry. Most symptoms last several days and I usually want to enter several days at once. Thanks!

This app has everything I need to be able to track my mental and physical health, as I suffer from fibromyalgia and bipolar disorder. The only thing is that when I try to use the medication feature and I input the quantity, it only gives me the option to cancel or add a new med. It doesn't let me save my selection, even after I upgraded. Help! (Updated to 5 stars due to response given. Advice did the trick! Thanks)!

Only used for a day so far but it's easy and very customizable and I can be as simple or detailed as I want. I needed an easy way to track my cancer symptoms cuz I forget things because of chemo. I concur with others comments it needs to have hh:mm capability.

I love that I can add symptoms and track timing. But I wish I could adjust things after they are made. Especially adding time. But this is the best symptom tracker I've found.

I have only used this for a day, but I find it easy to use, with all the features I need. Other pain trackers I have tried were far too complex and took too much time to keep up to date. There should be more to life than keeping pain records. This is easy, quick and can be customized. I wish I had found this sooner.

I synchronized to dropbox to activate the purported "automatic backup". Expecting an auto save, I lost a long entry and again, weirdly, when I cleared an app pop-up message. So I saw I must hit a "manual save" icon, or all is lost. May I suggest a delete confirmation like other apps have? This prevents accidental loss. Bcx 95% of entries are meant to be saved. Otherwise this app is almost perfect! If amended, 5 stars ✨ TX (the dev responded instantly to my 1st question, so 1

Using this app to track my seizures and other weird symptoms for my neurologist. I have to update my review. I am very disappointed in this app! I paid for the upgrade so I could download my records to share with my physician. I can't open the file it sent. No program recognizes it. This ends up being a useless app to me. I will switch to making notes in my Google calendar. I can easily search and export from there.

I have so many things to track, & the doctor always asks. But I can't seem to get the export to excel to work, that would be ideal! So glad I can backup to Google Drive, of only I could access it in other programs, like excel.

3 stars: it works, it's easy, it's flexible. Ability to add your own categories, track medication effectiveness are excellent features. Duration needs to be in hh:mm format though. Acute pains for 3-5 minutes can't be tracked or reviewed with hr only formatting.

Nice for maintaining current meds and tracking symptoms. It would be better if all day and all night were options when creating new records. It would also be helpful to let users avoid setting the pain scale for event tracking of seizures, panic attacks, etc. I plan to continue using this app. If is the best I've found for my needs. Thanks!

Should be able to backup straight to email not have to require an account with Dropbox. Why did I bother upgrading??? wish I could change colors. Number colors, Background colors etc. Add names. Wish I could track me and my husband in one app. I could click his name for his history and mine for mine. Instead I have to log all types of categories etc to differentiate who is sick. That makes it hard to pull averages and logs when it's joint. Create log in so we can switch between devises

Excellent easy to use app to track your meds and pain count. The diary will now be thrown away. Thankyou for this app. It should be recommended by the NHS..Hopefully apps of this nature will help doctors understand patients needs.

Still learning how it works, but so far it's tracking and reporting easily. It would be nice if I could assign a color or symbol to each category so I don't have to filter each one individually. I want to see how the things I'm tracking interact.

K70%
by K####:

Wonderful for tracking multiple symtpoms, I just wish you could use different colors for each symptom it would help when looking to see how diet is affecting different areas. Otherwise I have been able to replace 3 aps with just this one!

This may be the app I have been looking for! I can record symptoms and ailments - AND customize to boot! I would give it another half star if I could. My only, tiny, tiny complaint is it is not easy to figure out how to edit. It's not terribly hard and I have messed with it enough that I can pretty much navigate issues with no problems. I am seriously considering getting the paid version. That's probably the highest praise I can give it because there are few people cheaper than me. Bravo! ♡

K70%

Like it, but it's lacking an important aspect. Food tracker would be helpful to determine food-triggered symptoms. Record what/when you eat whether it's immediately related to a symptom or not.

L70%
by L####:

I love this app! It allows you to record details regarding symptoms, pain, intensity, etc. and even allows you to write down notes at the bottom of each record so that you may elaborate if needed. There is only one small glitch, though - the UI is a bit wonky, disorganized, and didn't exactly give me the most favorable opinion of the app developers' professionalism. Please update the UI to a more user-friendly design, and I'll GLADLY give the app 5 stars!!! Thank you!!

I have an app for my seizures but needed something for general medical. I love this app! I can add symptoms, medications, location of pain, etc. It is so helpful to have. I even started marking my seizures in here, but I still use the other app for the details.

I'd like to be able to edit the various categories and lists by removal, as well as addition. It needs to have separate mental and physical tracking sections.
