After playing around with the App by entering the houses from zillow's website, we found the APP to be very user friendly. As a first time user, we weren't intimidated at all! The App took out all the guess work. The App was easy to follow. If you didn't understand the field the (i) gave an explanation to explain the field. It took the fear out of buying realestate. We think it's a really great App and we give it 5 thumbs up!!

How can I obtained a print copy the Annual Report? The financial reports are great but there is no way I can determine to export these reports as a PDF or Word doc file. If I'm correct then this function needs to be added.

The AWI app is a great tool use for analyzing the purchase and cash return of properties, especially for the real estate investor, in-training, like myself. It allows me to plug-in pertinent information (i.e, purchase price, down payment, interest rate, monthly payment, etc.) from properties for sale and to create and store the analysis in order to determine whether or not the desired property is a good deal. The steps through the process are simply enough to understand, whether you are a beginner or an experienced real estate professional. Marc Wallace has the Word of God to this process as found in Proverbs, 8:12, "I wisdom dwell with prudence and find out knowledge of witty inventions. All Glory to God!
