Battery power widget

Since size is only for a widget [cautions] widget intelligible also for beginners at the setting needlessness of 1x1 (a part for an icon), an application does not open.

Since it is simple, there is also little battery consumption.
Usage
a place to stick on a home screen -- after long aggressiveness and widget selection and a battery power widget -- an application is chosen
