Amway™ App

Slow load times and I can't update my ditto from the app. That said, I love that I can toggle between the IBO and customer views. The interface is easy to use but the back button exiting the app rather than navigating a page back is infuriating.

This the 3rd time uninstalling and reinstalling this app in one month. I'm a new IBO and am finding that my log in information is not being saved and it reverts to full retail/customer view. Frustrating. Please fix.

The app has a lot of content. I just wish the UI would be faster and more fluid when I click on things. I'd also like to get more details of the BV in my team. Can we get PV/BV Transfer please?

Great app. Easy to use. One issue I noticed is the app consistently toggles out of client view making it hard to move to different products without showing ibo price.

This app need a lot of work done, not working properly. On Galaxy Note 4. When tapping the back button it completely signs out of the app.

With the update the app is finally usable. Still just a website wrapped in a native app WebView. Most things just send you to the browser anyway so just as well use the website in the first place. ...It's getting better though...

The app consistently logs out! It says that the session expired but it's not even 30 seconds! I didn't get a chance to explore the app!

App has improved a lot. 1 big change that would help a lot. Integration of the Android back button into the total UI of the app. Please make this a priority. Thank you.

para lo grande que es Amway, debería tener una app. muchísimo mejor. mas rápida y sintetizada. el contenido esta Buenísimo, pero la manejabilidad no. me refiero al ir de atrás para adelante, muchas veces te saca de la.app. y tienes que volver a empezar y eso toma, a veces un poco de tiempo. Amway es smart. siempre va adelante en todo, espero también sea con esta app.

I love this app but not working on my new galaxy S8+. I have uninstalled and re-installed several time. Please, fix soon!

Easy to shop and get information. However, most times when I hit the back key on my phone I get kicked out of the app and have to start over again.

It is wonderful! I found everything I needed and wanted! I was able to share to my other Social media networks! Amway Rocks!

They have made good improvements, although I would love to have a way to edit my ditto.

Love it. Allows quick access to a mini version of the website. No complaints coming from me.

Tons of learning materials, videos as well as option to download catalogues, and full access to IBO Office or Customer view. Several updates. Works better with each update.

I sign in ok but everytime i choose an option sends me back saying session has expired whats the deal

Why can't I access my pv/bv and some other links. Please help

There may be a bug. I'm using a Google Pixel and it keeps logging me out after 2 option clicks and says that my session has ended. I stay logged in for approximately 5-10 second and it logs me out. Please fix! Christmas is near and I'd looooove to order!

Desde que instale la aplicación solamente 2 veces pude entrar normalmente,, cada dia es peor... Hasta que ahora pasa 10 segundos y dice que mi secion caduco que necesito volver a entrar y siempre pasa, no puedo hacer pedidos ni ninguna otra cosa.... De lo peor

The app keeps crashing. Unable to purchase products for my customers.

What works for me. Lots of content. Easy shopping and viewing of products. Lot's of education. Love that it has videos. Easy tracking of my business and my immediate down line. What doesn't work for me. Would like the back button on my phone not spit me out of the app and just take me back one page. I personally am not a big fan of going on to the Internet and off of the app for the learning content. Would like to track my the whole leg of a downline. Love using it and a wicked useful tool.

I like it so far. Only just installed it but I've noticed my back button on my android doesn't work for the app and keeps closing it out and backs it up to the playstore where I installed it. It's really annoying and frustrating. You also can't see your order history.
