Wideo Doradca (Video Advisor) is an application which allows Raiffeisen Polbank customers to contact with their advisor in the bank through the video service channel using a mobile device from any place in the world.

You don’t have time to visit the bank? You want to quickly and easily submit an order regarding your products or open a new product on attractive terms? Raiffeisen Polbank presents Wideo Doradca - an innovative service, which provides you complete comfort of banking.

Thanks to Wideo Doradca application, every Raiffeisen Polbank individual customer, which has an active access to R-Online, can meet his/her advisor without visiting bank's branch. During the video meeting customer can not only see his/her advisor, but also view and discuss documents and materials presented, obtain information about owned products and services, the current offer of the bank, execute specific transactional orders and purchase/open selected deposit and investment products from bank’s offer, as well as consult with the product expert joined to the meeting.

Wideo Doradca application automatically switches to English version if system language in your device is set to other than Polish.
