Was really hoping to use this app as it's developed here in Armenia but I never got it work on my Android. I kept ordering a car and it never made it past "connecting to driver." It also charged me a few cents on my CC which I'm confused about. please work on these.

Guys the app works fine with wifi but practically doesn't work with GPS. I tried several times but it didn't go further than inserting the phone number. Just once it went, but didn't accept the correct code. Also, why there is no option to reset the password?

In thMy order shows cancelled for the driver after they've accepted it. I had to call and confirm with the driver, because I saw that the car wasn't moving on the map. Very inconvenient.

The performance of the app began to work very very bad. I have been trying for 30 minutes, it shows 3 or 1 or 6 minutes, but there is no any rider accept!

No drivers take the order,recently getting a taxi takes from 15 minutes to 20 ,if you're lucky,please fix this,the app is very useful,the drivers are very polite.

A lot of times the app shows available taxis but for some reason they don't accept the order. Very frustrating!

Please redirect to chrome-tabs when setting up card, so that user can be sure he is viewing authentic AmeriaBank webpage.

When the app is in background and there is no taxi ordered it is still using location, which drains battery. Please fix. Otherwise a great app.

The new update is great, awesome new functionalities. It would be very helpful if the app had better push notifications and option to customize the sound for the notifications.

Great app if you are used to Uber this is a perfect substitute to use in Armenia. There are no pool options however because transportation is dirt cheap. 2-3 dollars US.

Неприятный опыт в Тбилиси. Попробовал использовать и почти опоздал на встречу. Сначала программа подсказала что такси будет через 3 минуты, после 10-15 минут отменил вызов через программу и через еще 10 минут (то есть в общем через полчаса) получил звонок что такси на месте - и это после отмены такси. Да, кстати не опоздал на встречу только потому что поймал такси на улице. В общем не советую...

The best quality taxi service in Armenia!

Among many issues here some show-stoppers for me: - Can't use it from inside the building - Search by address doesn't work - Card payment is not always working (kind of sucks when you call a car for someone else) - When GPS can't determine location the app is useless. For example use W-Fi info as well. No use in showing world map with no cars available. Suggestion: Ability to order cars for saved locations.

Constantly draining battery by keeping GPS on in background even after the ride is complete. This bug appears to be in all versions.

Good app. It is clear that administration is working on it as hard as possible!

Convenient

Mostly good, but here are two big issues: 1)Android app drains more than 41% of battery over night. At morning phone is dead if you forgot to turn off the app. 2) Drivers are not always capable to find the optimal path. Map should show how the driver should reach the target point. Otherwise they come after 10-15 minutes instead of suggested 3.

I changed my 4 star rating to 2 star, they say one bad apple ruins the whole stock, guess what that's what happen on 26 th December 2016 one such driver ruined the whole good gg reputation for me, a driver cannot decide where he wants to stop, and he can't decide where he wants to take the passenger, I met good drivers but one bad seed ruined the whole experience
