I have tried every one of the Apps and not one will connect the lights to my Samsung S7. Luckily I haven't attached the lights to the bike. just to the battery. All of the Apps by this company is crap. Should have read the reviews of the Apps before I bought the lights. Returning the lights tomorrow.

This does not work on the nexus 5x phone. I was able to get it to work on my old phone but not this one

Worked for me once then after that nothing.....buyer be ware. Im using note 7

Will not work with my new Samsung 7 please update software so we'll work with phone properly or advise me what to do purchase new module same issue.

I want i freakin refund asap Lights look good but app is garbage and rarely works. Again stay away from this system. There customer help works like their app....it don't.

When I turn fade on it fades all light colors I would like it to just be the color I selected please fix great app would be 5 if worked properly

Wanty money back for this crap.

Rarely works. Definitely not worth the premium price hike. When or rather if you can get it to work and assuming it keeps working, it is slow the unit doesn't change smoothly or as quickly as the app indicates. That said it's cool factor makes it Acceptable when it decides to work but a remote proves much more reliable. I would now avoid anything that requires this app to function. It's a headache for sure.

Need help with app with my Samsung Note 2 phone system is glitchy won't shut off or on problems all the time. Am I using the right software my phone has 4 4.1 is that my problem?

Have to do original startup on Bluetooth connection. Lights will come on and can change color..then it will freeze..can't change color will only turn off if I go back to Bluetooth connection and reconnect..have to do this each time...have a droid DNA firmware 4.4.2..please help

Just had professional shop put it in and they had a hard time getting it to work. .. 2hrs later it's still glitches

This app serious issues. Bluetooth does not stay connected, losing connection vert easily and is a pain to reconnect. For the price of this product, that is crap. Galaxy s5

Same thing. Note 3 and works for maybe 15 seconds and loses connection. Tried it on a S3 also and same issue but both of them were on the same OS version. I tried it in a Asus with 4.0.3 and that worked without issue. However i dont feel like carrying a tablet around is going to work on my ZX14.

Hard to get it off once on. I have to go through several steps to get the lights to go off. No what I had in mind when I bought the lights for my bike.

Ok 4 months deep using this app.Works good when working but very glitchy. Patience is the key with this app .once on use the the phones bt control to turn off and on when not responsive repeatedly to get it to work. Like I said very glitchy. 09 busa-galaxy s3

Please fix bugs. Works for a split second and then loses connection but says it's still active. When trying to connect to it again, it doesn't want to. Have to wait like 10 minutes before it can reconnect. Other then that it's okay. Would like my money's worth though.

I have the Galaxy Note 2. Have downloaded three different aps and it still doesnt work!! Frustrating as heck! The bluetooth finds it but it never turns on!

At last , works on a xperia j , and its only running 4.1.

It would be nice if the fade mode would stay on one color also, to make it look like my motorcycle has a heart beat. But very pleased with the app!
