About Volume Controls
Volume Controls for Android is a fast and easy to use app to change any kind of volume on your device.
You can enable an ongoing notification to quickly adjust any volume and you can also allow Volume Controls to start an ongoing notification whenever your device boots. This is especially useful if your physical volume buttons don't work anymore.
By using the notification you'll also get quick toggles to mute and unmute your device and to put it in vibration mode.
Additionally, you can save multiple profiles which you can load whenever you need it. Both saving and loading can be done through the app or through a homescreen widget.
Combined with Material Design elements, theme support and optimized layouts for smartphones and tablets, Volume Controls can change the following volumes:
- Media volume
- Ring volume
- Alarm volume
- Notification volume
- System volume
- Voice call volume
Besides, you get two quick toggles in the toolbar to quickly mute or unmute every volume.

Only permission Volume Controls demand is to start when your device boots. This permission is needed to allow Volume Controls to start when your device boots if you enabled this in settings.
Attention: If there are certain volumes linked to each other then there's no way to separate them because it's done so by the manufacturer of your device.

The control for the volume of the alarm does nothing. I set it to level 2 but every single time my alarm goes off it changes to level 6. Defeats the point of having this app unfortunately.

I am very impressed... & so grateful. Thank you for developing this app. My ringer & notification volume was tied together on my LG, which isn't good if you want calls to wake you but not every notification. Your app doesn't require permissions, has no ads, has multiple profiles, etc. & works exactly as stated. You've covered every feature we want in a volume control I think. Great job!

I have a tablet which on the lowest media volume setting it goes is still way to loud when you don't want it to be, if you could adjust the percentage of how loud you want it instead of having the default volume control options for the device it would let users customize what volume they want better

Can adjust individual volume controls with ease on my stock mobile, but I don't like the way profiles are stored. First, you have to store them by number. A user chosen descriptive name such as HALF or MyDefault is more useful. Also, the method of selecting profiles is very awkward. Instead of scrolling down to hidden buttons on the screen, it should be some kind of menu bar selection. I would give this app at least four stars with these changes. The developer IS very responsive and up to date!

Version 3.2 on a HTC 10 with Android 6.0.1 still can't set individual volume levels, even after a restart of my phone. Otherwise this app has been very useful.

When somebody calls, the volume in speaker is on maximum, despite it 's set on 3/15 in this program (Media Volume and Voice Call volume), I think it's not working. LG-D410 on KitKat 4.4.2

Marshmallow doesn't have volume software controls unless you first push the physical volume key. This eliminates that need and takes out the risk of premature button failure due to mechanical use. Software only! Great job!
