Great app. Can adjust work out and rest time. Stared 2 weeks ago and can't start and end my day without work out.
Good pace, pops ups not to bothersome, feeling the burn.
The inbetween intervals are spot on. This app gives you plenty of recovery time between reps. I'm already up over 450+ sit-ups daily.
Its a good app it keeps you doing your sit ups and my only suggestion would be to switch up the types of sit ups its makes you do
Keeps me motivated by splitting reps up, gives enough rest periods and I'm taking accountability for myself, NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!!!
Good system to increase sit ups but the 2 full page ads every workout are annoying because if you miss the x button and accidentally hit the ad it sometimes installs the ads app.

I like how the app helps me gradually build up and increase the number I can do. The interface is a little awkward, for example, I want to repeat a day, but if I pass the screen where it asks me about that, I don't know how to get back to it.
