Had a good experience, but I thought I was going to be billed through the app since I selected my payment information. However, when I arrived at my destination the driver said he did not receive my payment information. I paid in the cab but is the point of me entering card info if I can't use it?

Thought I would try this as an Uber and lyft alternative boy was I mistaken. I'll give credit where the credit is due they did show up exactly when I scheduled them for and they were very courteous.But my they are hella.expensive...charged me $12 for what Uber usually charges me $6 and on my second trip booking with the app I was charged twice! I will ONLY keep this service as a very last desperate option.

The app works well, the drivers are way more professional than the avg Uber driver, and the prices are reasonable compared to Uber since Uber is always surging. It is a great alternative to Uber and lyft. One complaint is that the app does not notify you when the car arrives. You can track the car on the map, but then you have to watch the map all the time. The drivers usually call a couple minutes after arriving, but it would be nice to know right away without making the driver wait too long.

Ok service, App needs work. When they're good, they're good. Drivers prompt & courteous, etc. When they're bad, it's appalling. Drivers have option to call customer but drive off without calling, texting, honking, anything; or call feature doesn't work. GPS shows a blank grid. Pickup outside of zone requires destination address but app doesn't allow you to enter one, so app books you then drops you without notice. One long day at hospital got dropped once by app & deserted by two drivers....

False advertising on the app. Why do i need my card online, if i cant use it. And its says that it would be automatically take the funds out.
