Total Screen Control for Android
I LOVE THIS APP. IT IS THE BEST FOR SCREEN FILTERS.
This is the third time I'm paying for the same app. Keep changing the name and it doesn't show up as previously purchased. That's just bull poo
Please update....
All it seems to do is crash.
Great concept but not reliable. I find myself manually switching off the filter via the widget because my Note2 does not display the filter bar on the side of the screen nor does it respond to changing light levels like it should. Smarter approach to sensor calibration should be a dark and full brightness detection with a then logarithmically spaced scale for setting the in-between filter densities. It needs work.
Could the local plugin be modified that I can turn the "ScreenOn Lock" on and off using local ?
Samsung galaxy S3, 4.1.2. Thanks: it looks like a lot of work went into the app
crashes every day
I was totally excited with the possibilities of this app and it seemed to work at first. But then the brightness calibrator kept on measuring even after closing the settings. Had to reinstall. Then the kb backlit would not respond to settings and I ended with blank screen and dysfunctional launcher and had to reboot and uninstalled it. Would like to get refund because it turns out to be buggy.
After one of the recent updates, my SGS2 began getting a LOT of sleep of deaths (FYI: no other changes to the phone occurred to cause SOD). So, after suspecting Total Screen Control, I disabled it for a week. NO MORE SOD for the entire week! As soon as I enabled TSC again, SOD started happening again. So, while I loved this app, I now feel like I need to change the rated from 5stars (awesome) to 3stars (just ok) since it works, but causes system instability problems. Too bad (esp since I bought this app
Half of features does not work or work strangely. Dynamic filter, Filter bar for instance.
Nice app but softkeys not turning off. On Droid inc. with Android 2.3.4. Please enable. Screen filter soft key turns off.. find a way... :-)
Great app. Been using the trial for months and just bought the full version. Got dynamic screen filter running and love it! You rock THX
Dynamic Screen Filter uses 10-20% CPU constantly. Galaxy S II
Dynamic Filter works well saving battery. Nice if it faded up or down to filter level, instead of just jumping to setting.
Wanted the softkey disable feature.. Did not work on Galaxy S, but the other features were well thought out
Ironically has no way to manually define sensor levels
Great application, power saving!
Can't rate full app, I only wanted the softkey backlight turned off, but doesn't work on Droid X.
This is one of my favorite apps. And much needed on devices with washed out display screens! Thanks for an amazing application buddy! :) Optomus1
