I'm not going to bash this app because it does what it says it does. Just because I didn't know my height and weight by cm and kg and had to search it up isn't a big deal. Though it'd be nice to have the american system...

I really don't know how it calculated the risk factor, but I assume it is correct. Easy to use and gives solid advice.
