اسوء تطبيق .. فاشل بكل المقاييس .. التطبيق مصر اصرار غريب على ان اسم النستخدم وكلمة السر خطأ .. وهما نفس الاسم وكلمة السر اللتان ادخل بهما على موقع المكتبة على الويب دون اى مشاكل ..هذا غير ان البحث عن كتاب ما .. هو قطعة من العذاب .

I tried the home delivery service and it was a horrible experience. Their database isn't updated with the books out of stock, they took two weeks to deliver the books (in stock) and it was missing a book because "they forgot to add it". Not to mention that they change their words and call you over ten times for one delivery

This application is too slow and not professional at all .This application must be updated to be better as it is representing ALEF which is one of the best bookstores in Egypt. Plz take this review into consideration
