You still have to call dispatch to accept trips even after signing in. Also cannot open trip routes once signed in and it signs out at times. Needs work.

The app is not working properly, you should fix it, i mean it doesn't stay long after I signed in it signed out by itself.

I had ever seen failure apps like alc you can't even use it for one time keeps freezing my phone and it makes my phone slower

It's by far better than the first version except, fail to compatible with sumsang galaxy mega

Keeps my phone run slow. App goes off continuously. The old app worked perfectly for me. Driver support asked me to uninstall and install it back. It is frustrating.

it's funny when driving you cannot use the app! why is this? for kids safety it's funny because absolutely no driver will use this app while driving, it's not youtube or Facebook . medical app is away better then school app

Never seen an app with this magnitude of failure and big issues. I have no idea why ALC still fails to work fixing bug issues.

The app is constantly freezing on the screen that tells you your car is in motion . When the car stops it never goes back to the app. It also never goes back to the app you have to resign in if a phone call comes in I have to go out and start the login process all over again

Always crashed. I have to restart the app 3 or 4 times a day. They Said they fixed the problem but it seems it's getting worse. Always says communication error with server and the whole phone freeze. It's 1 start because I can't rate it less

Ever since i had this apps, my phone acts like crap. I hoped for better with the new app but still not very useful. Thanks for worst apps in this new IT world.

I think the new version is amaizing. I am trying to update and search through for last two days, its so fast and responding very quick at every incident. Its also block operating the app while you driving, which is good for save driving. So the new version again so many qualities that might be observe through time.

5/8 It's working better now but still needs improvement. I had someone from ALC in tech support call me today May 5th they asked me to uninstall and reinstall now the app works even worse the app continues to close I have to read sign in over and over again 4/23/15 Once I updated the 3 dots in the right bottom corner are missing now so when I sign in I cannot speak to a live person, I can't report incidents of students nor can I sign out. I have to reset my phone to exit the app.

The new version of ALC is amazing, the no show thing works perfectly the also added an awesome feature which freezes the apps while we are driving abd which very good for our safety as well as our clients. I loved it

Freezs a lot

There is something wrong with the APP that it causes my phone to freeze when I'm about to click the pick up for the child. It shuts off completely and leaves my phone frozen for 5-10 minutes. Then it erases information saved on my phone. Please fix this glitch it is causing an issue that is hard to fix. I use a Samsung galaxy 3

Loved it. I am familiar with other ride sharing apps, it's not as flow less as uber but I can still give you a 5 star. My only concerns, with each update some features fails to work smoothly. For example, please check the dispatch message page on the app, mostly it won't even send the message out to dispatch.

Taking out the battery was the only way to restart the phone

Note 3 users will have to connect to Wifi in order for app to work. Needs an update.
