환경알람설정(wifi설정,wifi알람)

Wifi, Sound 를 알람을 설정하여 원하는 시간에 on/off 할 수 있는 기능

예)출근시 회사에서 wifi를 사용하고 진동모드를 설정해야하는 상황에서
9시에 wifi on / 소리 off 알람을 맞춰놓으면 자동으로 설정!
