MagicPlay: AirPlay for Android

Followed instructions to the letter, but in Google Play Music it never asks for root permission, and trying to 'cast' just searches forever. Tried forced restart, rebooting, reinstalling... no good.

Smallest disclaimer regarding rooted devices, diverts you on doubletwist to purchase Pro after buying this app, does not work, then won't let me refund?! I want my money back thanks

It actually works! Sometimes Google Play Music will have issues but this continues to do the job.

I had a lot of hope for this app.

It's rubbish and does not work. Despite following the instructions to force close Google Play Music, the cast button never appears. Thank goodness for Google's refund option. I am doing that right after writing this review. Don't bother trying this app to stream Google Play Music until they sort this issue out. The holy grail just slipped out of reach again guys!

I got this app and also installed the free player. There is no streaming icon in the player. If I go to settings to turn on streaming over wifi it sends me to an upgrade page, asking for $8.99 to unlock the player. Sent email to developer two days ago. No answer yet.

Was told that you buy 1 you get many...without paying. These guys charged me for every app, but 2.

I have bose cinemate with sound adapter. .unable to stream anything using this app

Lg g pro only has blue tooth equalizer and not setup for headsets.

After _paying_ and struggling getting this app to work it's an incredibly messy implementation. why do i need doubletwist player to have this work, cut that crap out, some people get this exclusively to stream via google play music. When i seldom get it to stream via gpm - after a very delayed sync/start, it plays for literally only a minute then cuts out again. I'm at my wits end and feel conned

I could cast to an airplay supported devices, but no sound would come out. Doesn't work.

I wish I could stream Pandora and Spotify also. That would make a 5 star app for sure

Paid for this solely for GPM airplay feature and now this feature has been removed? I use AirAudio now instead

On movies, it only streams for a while (5-10mins) then hangs.

Airplay functionality works very well with no issues. Every 10-20 minutes the force kill Google Play Music notification comes up even when GPM isn't running and I'm not connected to WiFi. Rather annoyed.

The button has suddenly disappeared from doubletwist which allows airplay! No updates carried out on the phone etc. How do I get airplay back?? Been working faultlessly for months!

The latest version simple does not work with Google Play Music, making it useless as far as I am concerned. I can stream to an Apple TV using the DoubleTwist player, however when using Google Play Music there is no AirPlay or streaming option... It did work in teh past but simply does not now. Very disappointing.

Will not show the airplay button so I can't play with apple TV. When I first installed it the feature was there and worked great. Now its gone. Why is that?

The app is not working since last android update. The airplay icon is disappeared from UI so you can't play through Airplay.

update- wont work in google music player. useless and waste of money. if developer wont refund money dispute with credit card company. I left apple for Android not to root my device and void warranty on my phone to find out it does not even work properly. Airplay does not work properly on my apple TV 12or3. When it does the rare time the video stops randomly displaying this content cannot be played.

This app has been working brilliantly since I downloaded it several weeks ago. And then all of a sudden the airplay button has disappeared. There's been no update for either app. What's going on doubletwist?

not working with Oneplus one A0001, l Get this message continuously in Apple Tv : an error occurred loading this content try again later. i try it for videos and still have the same error! i use Oneplus one Phone, kitkat 4.4.4. it works with songs mp3 or mp4 only.

People paid for this feature so please update to bring it back.

Can't get it to work. Tried to get refund. Won't refund. When you click on the refund icon above it is supposed to refund and uninstall, does neither.
