Yankee Candle

Lame app. I love Yankee Candles. I hate this app. If I wanted to just visit a website, I would just visit a website. No benefits to having this "app": not more convenient, not any more helpful, and terribly laid out for accessibility.

This is not a mobile app. Its a direct link to their website which is difficult to navigate on my phone. I was going to blow a bunch of $ on photo candles but I cant upload the photo. Your loss Yankee Candle.

it's just a link to the full site which didn't even display correctly. you can't even back out...I had to hit the home button and then close it manually. piece of junk...uninstalled.

I am unable to describe since it won't even open. Tried uninstalling power down my device & reinstalling cause the application was on my phone for a bit so figured maybe something happened to a default setting. But nope! Hope you come out with a update soon to fix. I have a Samsung Galaxy note 3. Thanks!

I have tried to open the app for a few days now, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it to see it that would work. And each time I try to open the app before any open screen it says the app has stopped working.

Uninstalled version I uploaded last year due to problems. Just installed again and it won't open. Keeps saying it stopped.

For the past two months, every time I try to open the app it says "Unfortunately Yankee Candle has stopped". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. Very disappointing.

10 stars for Yankee Candles. Some may find them pricey. But believe me are cheaper in the long run. 4 cheap ones equals 1 Yankee Candle. Good long burn and smell. The App has quality pictures and info. 3 stars because I have to reboot my phone to exit. Please fix then 5 stars

Nothing more frustrating than a company app that's just a website. Pitiful, make a true mobile app Yankee, you make a fortune off your sales, get your IT department to crack the whip and make those individuals earn their income. It is 2016, get with the program, who knows sales could double. Your stockholders would then praise you.

I ordered a candle and it didn't come out of my phone. lol obviously a scam. Also it offends my religion. Black magic is against the flying spaghetti monster and his holy pasta angles.

I absolutely LOVE YC, probably spend too much! But worth it if you are a candle lover. The app works just fine for me. The one thing that I find irritating is that when you are searching items, the app makes you start all over each time you go back to the list. That gets aggravating.

This is probably the worst app I've ever seen, it just looks like the website. If you're on a mobile device it's a nightmare to use. I really hope Yankee redesigns this and makes it user friendly because I do most of my online shopping on my phone. It looks like they asked a candle maker to do web design and then just went with it.

Downloaded this app thinking it would be easier to use and order from..but this app is Exactly like the website! They never have any special offers,reward programs etc..

I can't open the app. Says no Internet connection, but my Internet is working great. Sorry for the bad review.

I love the store, the candles and what not are great, but app app just continuously tries to open to the site with no success... I have tried several times in the last few days and its not working....

Just downloaded it... Can't get it to work.. I have Internet connection... I see others with this same problem.... Please fix...

I'm actually amazed that a company this size has an app this awful. Yankee Candle should be embarrassed.

App won't open.

I used to love this ap. Ordered things all the time, now every time i try to log in it says there is no internet connection when the connection is fine. Hope they fix this soon.

This app is HORRIBLE!!! I couldn't get it to respond to anything I tried selected. Don't waste your time!!!

Why when this updated it changed the name to something else besides Yankee Candle?

Jar candles I am a long time customer since 1987 I also started noticing the refills plug-ins the aroma does not last too long about after five days please increase the scents a little more longer thank you.

This app has never worked on my android. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times over the past year. I'm done with it.

This app does Not work. I spent over $200 didn't get credit for it, & I was disappointed in the candles because you couldn't smell them unless you put your nose up to them.I also have to wax warmers & you can't smell them either!!! What happened to the quality of your candles aroma???

it wont open on my tablet or my phone...keeps saying it has to close before it even opens :( plz fix it soon!!!!

Won't open on Nexus 7....says its stopped...report. Did app
