GeoGarden

GeoGarden presents the story of 700 million years of Earth history that scientists have unravelled from rocks like those displayed in the GeoGarden of the University of Worcester. We encourage you to visit the GeoGarden and see the rocks close-up, but whether you use the app in the GeoGarden, or far away, it will still provide the story, using rich graphics and sound.

The story is one of continental collisions, shallow tropical seas, coastal lagoons, sub-tropical swamps, hot deserts and vast ice sheets.

GeoGarden will tailor how it presents the story, based on whether you select to be a ‘young geologist, a ‘curious visitor’ or a ‘geologist’ – essentially someone with some existing knowledge of geology.
